A refreshing change from the world of concrete and cinder blocks, Haverty Hollow's main facility is a real log cabin. In addition to a large and inviting play area, there is a rich variety of plant and animal life to be found on the site's 4.5 acres. Our art and nature programs are designed to take advantage of this unique setting, such that through a process of exploration and discovery students are led to develop a sense of wonder and respect for the natural environment.
