Haverty Hollow is proud to announce its 10th summer of fun for preschoolers in Garden Hills!
Haverty Hollow
camp is a summer preschool camp, located in the Garden Hills Recreation Center. The camp will utilize the soccer field, playground
and pools adjacent to the Recreation Center.
The camp is designed to promote decision-making and the practice of
skills at an appropriate preschool level. Activities will encourage cooperation among the campers and will emphasize the development
of a positive mental attitude toward self and others.
The children will choose among activities including games,
art, drama, cooking, music, and tumbling, as well as the opportunity to play in the pool and on the playground.
The
camp will run for ten 1-week sessions, Mondays through Fridays from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Campers bring lunches from home. We
provide drinks.
Sessions are limited to 35 campers and we have a counselor to camper ratio of 1:8.
