Program Development
After reviewing your objectives, outlining the key areas for evaluation, and establishing a budget, our Project Manager
will develop a comprehensive program for managing your Mystery Shopping Program. Your customized program will include a Shopper
Profile, Shopper's Evaluation Form, Reporting Schedule & Analysis Guideline.
Program Initiation
Once you have approved the customized program, our Project Manager will initiate the program.
Reporting & Evaluation
Following the guidelines in your custom program, your project manager will provide you with detailed reports and analysis
of our findings. Your program may then be modified to provide additional focus on strengths and opportunities for improvement.
